I bring my 45-year experience of teaching Somatics, as well as guiding clients through embodied change, to this partnership in YOUR Process.

I have a wide range of embodied knowledge to draw from, and I’m absolutely committed to this being a process that YOU travel. Some transitions need support first, some experiences of change require super rapid embodied and cosmic shifts, and some I will offer as daily or weekly rituals to maintain and nurture your path and presence.

Finally, I am NOT afraid to speak directly and clearly  - I’m often called intuitive, yet I prefer rapid energetic and embodied categorization master.  I see processes unfold within seconds and offer new embodied experiences, developmental pathways, somatic systems, and Nervous System integrations. You always have time to respond, to choose: the path of revealing your new frequency, identity, and truth is a live conversation, body/mind/movement/energetics. 

You will be supported to arrive at a state where you ring like a clear bell. This TONE, your unique frequency, can be unearthed through processes.The process can be rocky, smooth, chaotic, intuitive, and enlightened. I embrace TRUE CHANGE in allthese neccessary ways, and will stand by you as the clarity evolves, and where you start stepping into a new path, a new way of living, relating and creating the life and business that aligns with THE BECOMING YOU.

Individual Session Offerings

Our one-on-one online session begins with a conversation on where you are at and what you hope to gain from the session. We start an embodied process that meets you right there. I will draw on my background in BMC, Radical Embodiment of SomaticBODY, and my experience in improvisational movement, performance, and voice. These sessions are highly tailored to the moment of our meeting and become enlivening, deeply restful, transformational, or confirming and strengthening. You will leave with a greater level of understanding of embodiment  concepts, some specific developmental concept, or anatomical structure that you can continue to integrate after the session. 

These sessions may include somatizations, movement, or embodied conversation.

If you are invested in the field of embodiment and just need some special attention to get through a really potent block or blindspot in this field of your learning, this session is right for you! Give yourself the gift of an experienced eye on your process and co-create the space of learning, unlearning, relearning, and find your breakthrough in somatic terms.

In this session, we will get into depth of exploration of an area you are just totally enraptured with, like a hound with its nose to the ground and bat around some ideas in total geeky detail.

Are you a teacher of yoga, dance, sexuality, or somatics and would like support and coaching to teach sound embodied principles? Would you like to learn more about the anatomical principle underlying your teaching? Would you like to develop your teaching and speaking presence?

Signing up for supervision of your practice includes 30 hours of my supervision, half hour sessions to discuss how to go deeper, and ways to incorporate somatics into your teaching.
